This flagship of a development simultaneously breathes tradition & innovation, and it derives from the collaboration between a property developer, an artist & designer and the architects.
We were utterly inspired by the process and developed branding communicating the unique story of these skilled individuals working together, their choice of materials, and of course the history of the building.
A project that combines heritage in architecture with a collaboration between legendary artist & designer Mats Theselius, architects Jägnefält Milton and Glommen & Lindberg had to be documented. The process became the story, and thats how we sold its excess in quality of craftmanship, creativity and materials. We got some great support on this project from our friends at PJADAD.

Insights & strategy
Being able to showcase the materials in a naked, yet sophisticated manner was a lovely challenge.
The result shown below gave the sales-material sent to potential buyers a soulful character and hopefully a good representation of what the project would feel like, alongside the beautifully detailed renderings.
