Exciting times in Tyresö with the breaking ground of Bollmorahöjden and Bäverbäcken for SPG

Breaking new ground together with our client Scandinavian Property Group, the municipality of Tyresö and Vida architects for Bollmorahöjden and Munde architects for Bäverbäcken together with Obos Sweden. We aim to brand both developments as sustainable and high quality living propositions available 2025 & 2026.
This week we've had the pleasure of joining the development teams for both projects on location to commence with the first dig. This day marks an important step towards the realisation of these to exciting new projects in Tyresö.
On our end, we will focus on presenting the locations and their offering towards the potential residents by managing the branding and go to market process, also utilising projects pages on Property Systems as integrated tools for communication on Scandinavian Property Groups already existing digital platform which we recently launched.
