This year has with no doubt been one of the most exciting, yet challenging years we have experienced so far.

The main reason for this is our philosophy around setting ambitious goals for how to evolve our solutions and services, every new year. In a year like 2023, with a tricky economy and substantially increased costs within all sectors, these goals became even harder to realise, especially within real estate development.

In paralell, the SaaS/portfolio management solution provided by our own Property Systems, has been launched and implemented in all client projects, expanding our own skillset, approach and technology.

The in-house investment of +2000 hours into Property Systems over the last 2 years have been integral to our own development, project success and client satisfaction. Our current clients and projects mirror the investment we continue to make and we are over the moon about our ability to help them and evolve at the same time.

2024 will be our 8th year doing this and we have built up an amazing platform for the next step.

This year, Founding Partner Knut Holte and newly appointed CEO Carl Zetterqvist @ Scandinavian Property Group, Arsen Pogosian and Niklas Andersson @ Nytta AB as well as Philip Matseus, Johan Marinder and Sebastian Wiman @ AB SAGAX stand out as important figures and change makers within their own businesses, and are also vital to our partnerships.
