A portfolio brand built and presented as an investment for all

By opening up Scandinavian Property Groups ‘Investment universe’ as a brand which includes both investors, industry and residents as investors, the brand experience and digital platform were designed to reflect this collective offer and a new positioning: Scandinavian properties, places and homes as investments for you.

Internally, the focus has been to streamline the go to market approach by creating a unified process and tools for the team of project managers to work with when envisioning, establishing and marketing properties and place.

Castberg & Co has also worked closely with the development of their new digital platform. The in-house SaaS Property Systems has been the technical foundation and solution for how to organise the property portfolio, showcase the business and its offer and open up the B2C experience for buying and renting across their multi-segment portfolio. Equally focused on all stakeholders and shows the clear shift from being a financial vehicle to a property developer governing the entire process in a sustainable way.

Activating the brand with these tools helps mark the 20 year journey as a company and evolution as business. These activities have strengthened the SPG legacy and enhanced their nimble approach to identifying opportunities within the real estate industry.
