A pocket neighbourhood
where small scale
meets big ambitions
Place brand
Thinking big in a small place - it's the life outside the home that brings people together.
We aim to shape a 'pocket neighborhood' by connecting our main street with the parking garage, bus stations, town squares, parks, and residences. This pathway serves as a central vein running through the area, while our 'pocket spaces' in and between buildings activate the community with services, opportunities for small businesses, and other initiatives.
The result is increased pedestrian traffic throughout the area at different times of the day, enhancing the sense of safety and community. It also sets the tone and provides a model for how the rest of the area will develop and expand in future phases of Kassmyraåsen.

Industry first
Pocket Spaces
With smart, mobile small houses along the main street, we make it possible for both permanent businesses and local entrepreneurs to develop and test their ideas. Between the buildings, our Pocket Spaces foster innovation, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership. These flexible spaces bring new energy to the community, creating hubs for collaboration, services, and social interaction. By blending adaptable workspaces with residential areas, Pocket Spaces enhance the vibrancy and identity of the neighborhood, ensuring it remains lively and ever-evolving.
Inspired by the Prada Mafra Sculpture in Texas by artists Elmgreen & Dragset.
During the go-to-market process, the Pocket Spaces are used as marketing suites for the developer to showcase and sell/rent the residencies.
