The simplest, yet most impactful way to present our concept to our target audience, was by releasing relevant and updated content along the way. Documenting every step of each buildings improvements, allowed us to showcase how Sagax meets their clients needs like refrigeration, automation and improved work environments, for sustainability and other more attractive and aesthetic reasons.

Documenting improvements
During the process of revitalising the properties, we captured still and moving image content to create a narrative around the brand and communicate the key USP's. The layout of the properties allowed us to present in a dramatic and engaging way, focusing on scale and locations as well as zooming in on the detailed actions being taken to add value to the vast spaces.
The Elevator pitch
We mapped out a Sagax Customer Journey and identified the opportunities which will deliver increased inbound leads, improve conversion and retention rates. A multi-lingual digital platform and Elevator Pitch document were produced to attract both local and international businesses. We also produced a suite of digital advertising which could be utilised within owned and purchased media to amplifying new stories of transformation and availability. Specific ads were produced for key platforms such as Objektvision.se, Lokalguiden.se and Blocket.se.
