Sustainability in focus

With a strong focus on Miljöbyggnad Guld certification, the development establishes a new standard for sustainable living, balancing eco-conscious construction with an exceptional location.

Trähusen seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings, uniquely positioned directly on a golf course in Tyresö. Developed by Scandinavian Property Group in collaboration with OBOS, the project consists of eight wood-constructed buildings produced in their factories in Myrsjö and Vrigstad in the deep Swedish forests. This case study highlights the branding, process documentation, and architectural visualisations that shaped the project’s identity, all showcased through our SaaS Property Systems.

With smart, mobile small houses along the main street, we make it possible for both permanent businesses and local entrepreneurs to develop and test their ideas. Between the buildings, our Pocket Spaces foster innovation, creativity, and a strong sense of ownership. These flexible spaces bring new energy to the community, creating hubs for collaboration, services, and social interaction. By blending adaptable workspaces with residential areas, Pocket Spaces enhance the vibrancy and identity of the neighborhood, ensuring it remains lively and ever-evolving.

Inspired by the Prada Mafra Sculpture in Texas by artists Elmgreen & Dragset.

During the go-to-market process, the Pocket Spaces are used as marketing suites for the developer to showcase and sell/rent the residencies.
