It’s clear that progress is being made, but the short term demands of delivering ROI whether an SME or large scale developer is one of the biggest challenges in creating sustainable places which naturally take time to manifest themselves. We are already incorporating expressions like 'investment horizon' (investeringshorisont) as well as making sure we actively share positive stories about developers being brave and taking risk in the industry. This sits well with our own philosophy around cross pollination and showing our clients proof of concepts in other industries.
